园区基础设施日益完善，基本上实现了通路、通水、通邮、通电、通讯、通宽带、通有线电视、排水和场地平整的“八通一平”的条件。供电能力35万千伏，日供水能力7万吨，日处理污水能力4万吨，完全满足企业生产要求。
Infrastructure in the Area is increasingly perfect, fundamentally realizing “eight accesses and one leveling”. The Area is provided with roads, water, postal service, communication, broad band, cable television, drainage as well as field leveling. Production requirements of enterprises can be fully satisfied with 350 thousand kV of power supply, 70 thousand tons of water daily and 40 thousand tons of treated sewage daily.
